The dormitory complex consists of three nine-story buildings with a total of 428 apartments and 472 beds, available in a variety of unit types: studio apartments for individuals or couples, two- and three-bedroom shared apartments, and units with or without a balcony available on every floor, including the rooftop level.

All rooms are equipped with telephone and internet infrastructure, air conditioning, and a television. In addition, dormitory residents enjoy access to a student lounge, a bicycle storage room, and a shared laundry facility. The complex also features a commercial center serving both residents and the surrounding community, as well as an underground parking garage available for a fee.
